ELIZABETH A. GERMANI has extensive experience in civil litigation, appeals, mediation and arbitration. She has represented a variety of clients, including attorneys, product manufacturers and distributors, insurance companies, construction companies, property owners and managers, individuals in personal injury claims, businesses involved in disputes, trades people, litigants in land disputes, hospitals, nurses, and doctors. She practices in all of the state and federal courts in Maine and New Hampshire, and before the state boards in Maine, including various licensure boards. Liz has also handled a significant number of appeals before the Maine Law Court, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court. In addition, Liz has served as a mediator or arbitrator in hundreds of civil disputes involving a wide variety of issues.
JAMES F. MARTEMUCCI is a trial lawyer representing individuals and businesses in both civil and criminal matters. He specializes in representing hospitals, medical professionals and nursing homes. Jim has successfully tried many cases in state and federal courts as well as before administrative bodies, including medical malpractice screening panels. Jim also represents clients in complex litigation matters, personal injury claims, business disputes, criminal defense, and employment matters. He is licensed to practice law in Maine, New York and New Jersey.
TRACY D. HILL has extensive experience in civil litigation, focusing upon the representation of national and international manufacturers in product liability litigation.
