Carl E. Woock joined Germani Martemucci & Hill in 2017. His practice focuses on civil litigation. Carl graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2015. As a law student, Carl coauthored a law review article with constitutional law professor Jason Mazzone. The article was published in the North Carolina Law Review. Carl also excelled in the law school’s moot court competition, and was selected to argue before three federal judges in the Frederick Green Moot Court Honorary Round. After graduating from law school, Carl practiced at a mid-sized law firm in Portland, where his practice focused on workers' compensation litigation and employment law.
Carl fell in love with Maine as a student at Bowdoin College, where he double-majored in English and political theory. Carl played varsity soccer while attending Bowdoin, and he still plays recreationally in the Portland area. He lives in Portland with his Labrador Retriever, Nellie. They enjoy running, skiing, hiking, and pretty much any other activity involving Maine’s mountains and beaches.
